These Terms & Conditions govern use of Celeritas My Tools (Daily Metrics and Expenses).

1. Authorized use

The Portal is provided for authorized Celeritas Digital personnel and approved partners. You must keep credentials confidential and use the Portal only for legitimate business purposes.

2. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Passwords must meet Portal security requirements.
• Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Data accuracy

Users who enter metrics or expense records are responsible for submitting accurate information. Do not upload unlawful, confidential third-party, or unrelated personal data.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape data without authorization, or use the Portal for non-business purposes.

5. Availability

The Portal is provided as-is for internal business use. Features may change, and temporary outages may occur for maintenance or security.

6. Intellectual property

Celeritas Digital retains rights to the Portal software, branding, and related materials. Your submitted business data remains company business information.
